Returns & Exchanges

At Mountain Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
